My autoscopy final was about my anxiety. The picture is meant to represent what it feels like to be stuck inside of my head. Me looking at the camera is meant to mean that I am desperate to get out and I know that there is a way to get out (as indicated by the gesture of my hands). The hands in the background are meant to be personification of my anxieties that there are "voices" that equal "people" in my head.
